About this Project

Being a central part of an historic Derbyshire town, in the conservation area and listed, the essential maintenance of the external had become urgently required. Working alongside the landlord and local conservation officer, a scheme of repairs was agreed for the existing masonry details and protection of this local asset. Various specialist facade repair materials where used and original colour schemes were replicated from paint scrapings to rejuvenate the outwards appearance of the building.
