About this Project

The Client had a long term requirement for additional storage at their production base in Derbyshire, we investigated and costed temporary, semi temporary and permanent facilities to meet there needs. Having looked at the long term business and costing differences between the options it was decided a permanent structure was the most efficient way to service the clients needs. We worked with our regular client to finance the build over a 5 year term to correspond with their existing costs of short term storage, so it had no effect on budget assignments for the current cycle.

The areas was cleared built up to a suitable level including retaining elements and foundations. Power lighting and data services are provided to the building through underground ducting in case the building has a change of use in the future.

The project was completed on time in budget and included a secure store area and pallet racking arrangements.
