We were called in by a regular medical supplies client with water ingress issues into their warehouse building. We quickly identified the problem, costed and carried out a full gutter clean along with repairs to the guttering and flashing. During the course of the works, we even found a downpipe bung in place from the water test when the building was constructed. We used a mix of mobile platforms, fixed scaffold and Steeplejacks to quickly and cost-efficiently clear all the guttering and complete repairs which had not been carried out since initial construction.
